| Job description | ・Elicit Business Requirements by discussing with users, conducting interviews/ workshops with Business Users ・Developing complete functional and technical understanding of the systems and develop solutions for User requirements and problem areas ・Translating clients requirements into system design specifications and provide functional and technical walkthrough of specification to the Client side stakeholders and internal Technical teams ・Develop test scenarios and execute required sanity tests to ensure expected functionality is delivered ・Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that business users complete testing as per schedule by providing required UAT support ・Prepares material and provides training and assistance to end-users ・Understand all the configuration aspects of the systems responsible for, and develop ability to support and address User issues independently ・Works as a crucial component of a project team responsible for delivering high quality and enhance customer experience Main Interaction Points ・Project Manager ・Technical Teams ・QCT Team |
| Mandatory requirement | Education ・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Sciences or relevant work experience Knowledge / Skills ・Good Techno functional abilities, with ・Ability to document clear and complete business requirements and design specifications ・Bilingual ability with proficiency in Japanese and English languages ・Good analytical abilities to elicit the requirements, use cases, scenarios etc. ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, Users, managers, vendor touch points etc. ・Must be able to work on multiple projects/clients simultaneously ・Must be willing to work in an energetic, fast paced and team-oriented development environment ・Must be flexible in working hours depending on the exigency of the project and client demands |
| Preferable requirement | Experience ・Overall experience of 10-12 years as a systems analyst preferably with an IT company or in a Bank’s IT environment ・ Exposure to Retail Banking in Lending domain for 4-5 years is desirable |
