| Job description | Responsibilities for IT Architect: ・Development a systemization concept and a systemization plan ,based on the premise of updating the business system for condominium management ・Design the physical configuration based on functional, non-functional, and operational requirements for the platform. ・Developping a migration plan and migration test plan in the case of system migration. |
| Mandatory requirement | Project management experience in major Japanese SIER ・Developing, supporting and promoting the implementation of IT strategies ・Experience in systemisation conceptualisation and planning ・Experience in upstream mission-critical system development and project management ・Experience in upstream infrastructure development and project management |
| Preferable requirement | Highly skilled IT architect ・PM experience in application development and large-scale system development from a system integrator’s perspective ・An understanding of the environment and a commitment to compliance while using your experience ・A generalist who is committed to the job and who can be entrusted with the line management of the information systems department in the future. ‘We welcome people who can comprehensively manage the entire project, including not only the system development but also the user side and cooperation with various stakeholders.’ |
