Foreign IT talent registrations are increasing rapidly. The human resource market is booming due to the Corona Convergence, booming AI, and other factors. We, too, have established and started new alliances with several overseas partner companies since the New Year. With the decline of the Japanese workforce, the globalization of economic activities, and the borderless nature of IT solutions, the use of foreign human resources is inevitable from a mid- to long-term perspective. Recruitment and promotion ahead of time should be an effective personnel strategy. All registrants have graduated from prestigious universities in their home countries (USA, UK, China, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Egypt, Ukraine, Bangladesh, etc.) and have experience working in Japan. Although not a native speaker of Japanese, I have sufficient communicative ability to work in Japanese. English and multilingual skills are considered a great added value.
