Happy new year. As I write this, two weeks have already passed. Time passes quickly.
This year's premonition is an exaggerated title, but I'll write it as I like as a test of luck at the beginning of the year.
Ever since I was little, I've always had a bad premonition, so I'm not really in the mood, but I'm looking forward to checking out the answers at the end of the year.
There is little hope for the revival and reinstatement of the Japanese economy. This is quite likely. In the past, they were said to be first-class in economics and third-class in politics, but now they are in a situation where economics is third-class and politics cannot be evaluated. The government, economic organizations, and labor unions are vociferously calling for wage increases, but it seems impossible to raise wages by raising the floor. What kind of measurement will be used to evaluate wage increases? It is decided to base up! Having said that, I would like to question the double standard management of raising the base of full-time employees with one hand and using non-regular employees to black out with the other hand. Unless the labor market remains liquid, including immigration policies, this approach will work. As an extension of this fact, "civil servant" and "company employee (probably regular employee)" will be listed at the top of the occupations you want to be. As long as the country and society are like this, the declining birth rate will not stop. It's a little different from the dream-eating "tapir", but humans also need dreams and hopes. The most mundane dream thing you can see while awake is getting richer, or getting more rewards. There are few people who think that they can see this dream with small and temtative compensation.
